Job Description We are seeking a diligent MEP QA/QC Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.

This role is critical for verifying that all MEP work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will conduct regular inspections, identify any deviations, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly to maintain project integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of MEP installations during various construction phases.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Document inspection findings, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure resolution.
• Participate in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure proper documentation control.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP QA/QC inspection in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and relevant codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IECC).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems.
