Description
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of our diverse building projects.
- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between architectural vision and physical functionality, ensuring all systems are safe, efficient, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Design and engineer comprehensive HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Create and refine detailed technical schematics, blueprints, and layouts using CAD and BIM software.

Perform complex engineering calculations for heating/cooling loads, electrical circuitry, and hydraulic piping.

Coordinate designs across architectural, structural, and civil teams to identify and resolve spatial clashes before construction.

Conduct regular site visits to inspect installations, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and equipment specifications to guarantee quality control.

Ensure all system designs meet local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.

3 – 5 years of proven experience as an MEP Engineer or building services designer.

Proficiency in engineering software, specifically AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit (BIM modeling).

Strong working knowledge of local building codes, NFPA standards, and energy efficiency regulations.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for spatial coordination.

Effective communication skills to collaborate cleanly with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
