About the Role The Mental Health Technician (MHT) III serves as a lead clinical support professional, providing advanced direct care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to patients with complex emotional, psychiatric, or behavioral conditions. Operates with a high degree of autonomy under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, serving as a milieu leader to maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver and oversee highly skilled, trauma-informed care to patients and families; maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu
- Coordinate routine safety checks and execute high-acuity 1:1 interventions
- Lead complex crisis interventions; participate in treatment plan development and discharge planning
- Facilitate advanced therapeutic groups; collaborate with multidisciplinary team on complex discharge planning
