About the Role The Mental Health Clinical Therapist II at Endeavor Health provides clinical therapy services within a Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment facility, supervises master’s level interns, and collaborates with the care team to develop and execute individualized treatment plans and discharge planning. What You'll Do
- Coaches and mentors new hires. Educates new employees on unit to clinical skills related to development of care plans, clinical documentation and understanding group process.
- Provides clinical supervision to master’s level interns as designated by the unit leader.
- Monitors evaluation process of students to ensure accurate assessments of skills.
- Maintains professional relationship with the identified advisor at the student’s academic institution.
- Actively participates on committees and councils as assigned.
