Job title: Memory Circuit Design Engineer
About the Role The CPU Circuit Technology team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Memory Circuit Design Engineer to design, develop, and build memory solutions for Intel CPUs and SoCs. This role focuses on full-custom as well as compiler-based SRAMs, Large Signal Arrays (custom multi-ported register file), ROMs, custom memories, digital circuits and caches. You will partner with domain experts across various areas of technology development to deliver high-quality, industry-leading memory tech.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and build memory components including full-custom and compiler-based SRAMs, Large Signal Arrays, ROMs, and caches for Intel CPUs and SoCs.
- Develop memory technologies and architectures in collaboration with domain experts across technology development to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to the performance, area, and power optimization of memory subsystems for Intel CPUs and SOCs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in memory circuit design, including SRAMs, ROMs, caches, and multi-ported memories.
- Demonstrated ability to design and integrate full-custom and compiler-based memory blocks.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across technology domains.
- Familiarity with CPU and SoC memory hierarchies and memory tech development.
