About the Role
Under the direction of the Head of Operations & Labor Relations, the Membership Director will be the Local's senior management leader responsible for setting the strategic vision and path of the Membership department, modernizing operations, and strengthening data collection and quality to grow membership and engage workers. The role includes designing and implementing a dues revenue collection program to maximize financial resources for worker power-building programs, and leading day-to-day functions such as dues administration, per capita payments, and bargaining unit list uploads. The Membership Director will supervise a high-performing team to continually modernize core functions and advance the department’s vision. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the department vision, goals, plans, and systems aligned with the Local’s mission.
