About the role
We are seeking a skilled Member of Technical Staff based in India with 4 to 6 years of experience to join a dynamic startup focused on indexing and organizing local government meeting data into a comprehensive knowledge graph.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems including Django APIs and Postgres databases.
- Build and optimize document and transcript ingestion pipelines.
- Implement and manage search and retrieval systems using OpenSearch and vector retrieval techniques.
- Productionize machine learning workflows, specifically large language model (LLM) extraction processes.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to take features from design through to production deployment.
Compensation
Salary range of 40 - 70 LPA.
