About the Role Microsoft is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to contribute to Copilot Applications as a Member of Technical Staff. This role will focus on delivering high-impact software functionality for Microsoft Copilot experiences. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for Copilot applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to ship end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and help define best practices for adoption of AI-powered copilots. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building full-stack applications and services.
- Proficiency with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and ability to work across teams.
- Experience with building scalable, production-grade software. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI copilots, NLP, or large language models.
