About the role
We are seeking a skilled Member of Technical Staff Engineering to join a dynamic team based in Bengaluru (remote work possible). This role involves owning the development and improvement of a complex simulation environment product used to stress-test AI agents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product surface around a simulation engine, including configuring runs, monitoring execution, and analyzing trajectories and telemetry data.
- Ensure that long, unpredictable simulation runs appear deterministic and reliable to users.
- Collaborate closely with a small team and leadership, contributing to fast-paced development cycles.
Requirements:
- 4 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in backend development using FastAPI and asynchronous orchestration.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React and Next.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on making complex simulations user-friendly and deterministic in behavior.
Location:
Bengaluru, with remote work options available.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range from 50 to 130 LPA.
