About the role
We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff Applied Research to join a team focused on advancing AI research through the development of high-fidelity environments, evaluation methods, and datasets. The role involves working on post-training techniques, agent-based environments, data quality improvement, and research infrastructure to enhance AI models in measurable and practical ways.

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity environments and datasets for AI research.
- Collaborate on evaluation frameworks to measure AI model performance effectively.
- Work on post-training methods and agent environment design.
- Improve data quality and research infrastructure to support AI development.
