Job title: MEM Data Specialist
About the Role
This MEM Data Specialist role is responsible for centrally maintaining MEM data to ensure our business systems are integrated and accurate. You will manage data such as equipment move grids, MEM contracts, inventory, CCR, pricing, scheduling, productivity logs, and related items to support customers, sales, and finance. You will work closely with internal partners to coordinate equipment pick-ups, placements, and moves.
What You'll Do
- Create, maintain, and validate MEM data in SAP.
- Maintain scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, EMO.
- Manage daily scheduling needs and communicate with sales, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
- Make decisions based on information from Sales, PCNA, and other departments that impact customer service.
- Meet routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
- Record keeping and placement of PBV Equipment throughout NC.
- Perform varied general administrative functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

- Able to make data-driven decisions affecting customer service.

- Willingness to perform varied administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
