Job title: Meister / Techniker (m/w/d) - Auftragsbearbeitung im Produktionsumfeld
About the Role This is a full-time, on-site role at Rheinmetall AG in Kassel. The position focuses on order processing for plant maintenance, new production, and conversion, including planning, availability checks, and release of manufacturing orders, as well as providing manufacturing documentation and coordinating pre-assembled units and supplier deliveries. It also covers scheduling, support for spare parts management, and involvement in the refinement of production control and technical order closure.
What You'll Do
- Process and coordinate orders in the areas of plant maintenance, new fabrication, and retrofitting in line with guidelines
- Plan, check availability, and release manufacturing orders; provide manufacturing documentation
- Schedule pre-assembled assemblies and supplier deliveries according to timelines
- Enter manufacturing orders considering material availability and capacity
- Align production dates with material availability and existing capacity
- Support strategic and operational parts shortage management
- Contribute to further development of the fine control/finetuning process
- Conduct technical order closure
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed training as master craftsman (Meister) / technician or comparable qualification
- Work experience in production/manufacturing and in indirect areas (desired)
- Proficient in SAP R3 (PP and CS modules)
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical abilities with a structured, independent work style
- Willingness to work in shifts and to travel occasionally
