About the Role We are seeking a physician with a specialty in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics to perform clinical duties in ICU and outpatient settings, delivering comprehensive patient care while ensuring patient safety and adherence to quality protocols. The position is a temporary ICU contract with full-time hours in Madrid, Spain.

What You'll Do

  • Perform specialty-aligned clinical duties, prioritizing urgent or critical patient needs and updating or implementing new processes.
  • Provide comprehensive care for patients in private practice clinics, including conducting examinations, completing medical histories, and prescribing treatments or related tests.
  • Prepare the medical record and monitor the patient, ensuring safety until case resolution.
  • Maintain continuous feedback with support clinical staff and participate in patient follow-up meetings; actively participate in related follow-up meetings.
  • Coordinate with different medical-surgical services and other support areas to address patients' health needs in either outpatient or hospitalization settings.
  • Address incidents with patients or when a colleague is unavailable and provide support to unit professionals.
  • Ensure patient safety by verifying treatment appropriateness and adherence to quality protocols.
  • Draft healthcare articles in collaboration with Marketing for publishing new content.

What We're Looking For

  • Specialty required: Family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics.
  • Technical knowledge: patient safety; clinical and diagnostic care; internal medicine.
