About this role
About the Role Lead scientific engagement with Medical Experts to educate on medical and scientific information and respond to unsolicited medical enquiries. Develop and execute ME engagement plans aligned with country strategy, support Novartis clinical research programs, and facilitate Investigator Initiated Trials as needed. Serve as a medical resource to field colleagues and ensure timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and other product-related scenarios. What You'll Do
- Engage with Medical Experts (MEs) to educate on medical/scientific information.
- Ensure appropriate identification/mapping of MEs and Key Accounts, including opportunities to involve MEs when a medical need is identified.
- Develop and execute ME engagement plans to prioritize and strategically engage MEs aligned with country strategy.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for information from MEs.
