About the Role Join Novartis as a Medical Science Liaison in China. This role focuses on scientifically engaging with healthcare professionals, communicating clinical and research data, and supporting medical strategy while ensuring compliant interactions and alignment with global initiatives. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the assigned therapeutic area in China.
- Communicate robust scientific data from clinical studies to external stakeholders, including presentations and educational materials.
- Gather field insights and share them with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial) to inform strategy and lifecycle planning.
- Support local medical affairs activities such as advisory boards, speaker programs, and medical education initiatives.
- Ensure all interactions comply with applicable regulations, guidelines, and Novartis policies. What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) in life sciences or a related field.
- Experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in medical affairs within China or with the Chinese market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and scientific storytelling skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English; willingness to travel as needed.
