About the Role
The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, supporting front-desk operations and ensuring accurate information flow. This role involves scheduling, patient verification, check-in/check-out, and administrative support for the clinical team. What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and update medical records.
- Process patient check-in/check-out and collect payments as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff as needed. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of medical reception or administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Nice to Have

- Salary: 22 - 32 USD per hour.
