About the Role This role evaluates donors' eligibility for automated plasmapheresis procedures, administers approved immunizations, and provides limited emergency care as permitted by licensure, training, and SOPs. It requires working knowledge of all operational areas within the plasma center and ensures compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and applicable regulatory guidelines. The position also supports center training, QA backup, and donor-focused operations. What You'll Do
- Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent discussions in accordance with SOPs, FDA, CLIA, and cGMP.
- Review, document, and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in the donor management system (NexLynk).
- Classify donors into appropriate programs and monitor for adverse reactions, providing care as allowed by training and licensure.
