Job title: Medical Planner / Healthcare Architect
Your Responsibilities
- Develop medical planning concepts, departmental layouts, functional briefs, and space programs.
- Coordinate with clients, clinicians, architects, engineers, and specialist consultants.
- Prepare room data sheets, workflow analyses, adjacency diagrams, and planning reports.
- Support healthcare projects through feasibility, planning, design, and implementation stages.
- Review healthcare guidelines, standards, and operational requirements to inform design solutions.
Pre-requisites and Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Medical Planning, Healthcare Design, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare planning and/or healthcare architecture.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare facility planning principles.
- Experience in healthcare projects from briefing through design development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
