About the Role Siemens Healthineers/Varian seeks a Medical Physicist to support Radiation Oncology Services across multiple sites. The role involves ensuring high-quality and safe interpretation, delivery, operation, and monitoring of radiation safety policies, procedures, standards, and equipment, while delivering quality radiation therapy and mentoring staff to minimize exposure. You will uphold customer service standards and practice family-centered care in interactions with patients, families, and co-workers.

- Collaborate with Cancer Care Leadership to implement and maintain radiation safety policies, procedures, standards, and equipment for Radiation Oncology Services.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality radiation therapy and provide staff with education, training, and oversight to minimize radiation exposure.
