About the Role The Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL) is a field-based Medical Affairs professional responsible for engaging payers and healthcare decision makers (HCDMs). This role focuses on communicating the clinical and economic value of Alumis therapies to support formulary access, reimbursement, and patient outcomes, with a focus on pre-launch and launch readiness and translating clinical and HEOR evidence into meaningful value.
What You'll Do
- Engage payers and healthcare decision makers (HCDMs) to communicate the clinical and economic value of Alumis therapies to support formulary access and reimbursement.
- Support pre-launch and launch readiness by translating clinical and HEOR evidence into meaningful value narratives for stakeholder audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value messages for payers, providers, and other decision makers.
- Monitor payer policy landscapes and provide strategic guidance to optimize patient outcomes and market access.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in field-based Medical Affairs or equivalent roles engaging payers and healthcare decision makers.
- Ability to translate clinical data and HEOR evidence into compelling value narratives to support formulary access.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting pre-launch and/or launch readiness is a plus.
