Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (or a related field) from a recognized institution.
- Licensure: Valid registration and practicing license from the relevant laboratory regulatory body.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.
- Key Skills: Expertise in Medical Technology & Laboratory Medicine, Quality Control, specimen processing, equipment troubleshooting, and biosafety protocols.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail under time constraints.
