Medical Laboratory Technician
Location: Abuja
Job type: Full-time
Main Duties
- Sample Processing & Testing:
- Process microbiology samples accurately, following laboratory procedures
- Identify microorganisms using both instrumental classical microbiology techniques
Records and Documentation:
- Enter all results accurately an the relevant
- Keep paperwork complete, accurate and up
Laboratory Up-keep:
- Monitor and manage consumable and equipment stock
- Maintain laboraory equipments
- Keep the lab clean, safe and well organised
Quality and Compliance:
- Report deviations, change controls and out-of-specification results time, tewing iscal procedures
- Make sure any corrective actions are followed through
Supervisory Cover:
- Cover for the Medical Laboratory Scientist when needed, to keep the service efficient and high quality
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Science Laboratory Technology, Microbiology
- Must be Registered with (M.L.S.C.N) as a Laboratory Technician.
- Experienced in Laboratory precedures
- Computer literate with effective communication, teamwork, organizational skills
- Applicant must reside in Abuja
