A professional opportunity for a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) based in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of ₦300,000 to ₦400,000 per month. The position requires a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, a valid MLSCN license, and 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Handle and process specimens with accuracy and care
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in daily workflow
- Manage laboratory data systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain organized work practices and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Apply critical thinking to support quality control and troubleshooting as needed
Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Valid MLSCN license
- 2–3 years of experience in specimen handling, laboratory equipment operation, and laboratory data systems
- Excellent organizational skills, strong critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail
