Agape Laboratories Services – Medical Laboratory Technician
Location: Okota, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare specimens (blood, urine, tissue samples) for testing.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Record test results and report findings to medical staff.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of lab supplies and samples.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with lab instruments.
- Follow standard laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technician
- Certification/licensure as required by local regulatory authorities.
- Knowledge of laboratory practices, techniques, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive biological samples safely.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pleasure.
- Knowledge of computer
