A Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is being sought by ICS Outsourcing Limited to support laboratory operations and deliver accurate diagnostic services in Lagos. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality laboratory testing and contributing to efficient workflow within the laboratory team.
Responsibilities
- Support laboratory operations and deliver accurate diagnostic services
- Contribute to testing activities in hematology, microbiology, molecular biology, and blood banking
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance in daily laboratory tasks
- Uphold safety protocols and proper documentation as part of routine procedures
Requirements
- BSc. in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or related field
- Valid MLSCN license and active Annual Practicing License
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hematology, microbiology, molecular biology, and blood banking
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
