Job title: Medical Information Specialist with Dutch, French and English
About the Role IQVIA is seeking a Medical Information Specialist fluent in Dutch, French and English to join our Safety Operations team. You will be at the forefront of Patient Safety, performing medical information call center services and processing safety and product quality information to support product safety across multiple therapeutic areas.
What You'll Do
- Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, involving receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls as required.
- Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from various sources including investigative sites during regular weekday business working hours.
- Establish and maintain effective team communications, including providing regular feedback to local management on project metrics, challenges/issues and successes.
- Build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members.
- Participate in training and ongoing development from our in-house safety experts to plan and progress your career.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English and comfortable communicating with health care professionals and patients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced safety environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team and contribute to patient safety initiatives.
- Interest in pharmacovigilance/medical information and willingness to participate in training.
