Job title: Medical Information Specialist with Dutch, French and English
About the Role IQVIA's Safety Operations team designs, builds and executes end-to-end safety solutions for pharmaceutical products worldwide. As a Medical Information Specialist with Dutch, French and English, you will be at the forefront of patient safety, interacting daily with health care professionals and patients. You will contribute to safety profiling by handling medical information calls and processing safety and product quality information across multiple therapeutic areas.
What You'll Do
- Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, including receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls.
- Receive and document incoming calls, faxes or emails from various sources including investigative sites during regular weekday business working hours.
- Establish and maintain effective team communications, providing regular feedback to local management on project metrics, out-of-scope work, challenges/issues and successes.
- Build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members.
- Participate in training and development from in-house safety experts to plan and progress your career.
