Job title: Medical Information Communications Specialist
About the Role The Medical Information Communications Specialist supports product scientific promotion and customer professional support within the assigned region under the leadership and guidance of the Medical Information Communications Regional Manager. Responsibilities include delivering and communicating drug information, organizing academic promotion activities, and ensuring compliance and performance objectives.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under company policies and procedures, building partnerships.
- Leverage resources under company policies and procedures to conduct effective customer visits and achieve objectives.
- Plan and organize various academic meetings or activities.
- Collect market and customer feedback through the company management system and other compliant channels, analyze, feedback and propose.
- Maintain effective contact with supervisor, colleagues, and other department partners to identify and promote collaboration opportunities.
- Under supervisor's guidance, seize learning opportunities to continually enhance professional knowledge and capabilities.
- Implement new company initiatives and, within policy guidance, explore opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- Education: College diploma or above; preferred majors in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office; good English; strong communication and teamwork; willingness to learn; self-motivation; ability to handle stress.
- Experience: Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Integrity/Compliance: Ability to strictly adhere to company policies, industry guidelines and relevant laws including FCPA and related anti-corruption laws in Mainland China; maintain integrity and transparency; no past legal violations.
- Internal Application Eligibility: Internal applicants must comply with compliance screening processes and disposition levels and timelines.
- Core capabilities: Professional compliance (promote knowledge correctly, comply with regulations); strict compliance with policies and reporting of compliance risks; market awareness and identification of academic promotion opportunities; effective use of information for compliant promotion; active collaboration with external and internal partners; autonomous, accurate execution of tasks; proactive learning and development; openness to innovation and change.
