About the Role The Vancouver Breast Centre is seeking a Medical Imaging Technologist to perform breast imaging procedures (digital x-rays, mammography including 2D/3D tomosynthesis, and breast ultrasound) with a focus on diagnostic quality and patient safety. You will work within a patient-centered team to produce high-quality images and support timely, accurate breast diagnostics. What You'll Do
- Perform digital mammography (2D and 3D tomosynthesis) and diagnostic radiography per protocols
- Conduct radiological examinations, maintain radiation safety per CAMRT/DAP requirements
- Prepare patients, review case histories, explain procedures, and address questions empathetically
- Verify image quality, generate technical worksheets, and collaborate with radiologists
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed and maintain patient confidentiality
- Keep current with breast imaging through continuing education and certifications
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and workflow What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years digital mammography experience
- Diploma/degree in Medical Radiation Technology; CAMRT mammography certification
- Breast ultrasound experience
- Proficiency with EMR and PACS/Radiology Information Systems
- Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; able to work independently and in team Nice to Have

- Salary range: $29-$54 hourly
