A growing outpatient mental health organization is seeking a Medical Director/Psychiatrist to provide clinical leadership while delivering high-quality psychiatric care to an adult patient population.
W2, full-time onsite
- 10 hrs/wk of med mgmt
- 14 hrs/wk of TMS
- 10 hrs/wk of NP supervision
- 5 hrs/wk of admin
The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and provides psychiatric medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and therapy services for patients experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, and other behavioral health conditions.
The Medical Director will combine direct patient care with clinical leadership and oversight of psychiatric providers. This is an opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys practicing medicine while helping maintain strong clinical standards across a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
About Placed. We work with mental healthcare providers across the United States. Everyone from inpatient medical detox, to inpatient psych, to outpatient talk therapy, TMS, and ketamine, and everything in between.
Compensation Details
$450K–$700K
guaranteed base salary, $425K-$450K
quarterly bonuses
5% profit share year one, 10% year two, etc
full benefits
401K with 4% match
14 days PTO, 7 sick days, and standard holidays
3 days for CME
$2,500 annual stipend for CME
