About the Role We provide medical management and professional medical support for clinical research projects as the assigned Medical Monitor (MM). You will assist with feasibility assessments, medical training, and provide medical/clinical input to the design of study protocols and clinical development programs, as well as assist with business development activities as directed by the department head. What You'll Do
- Medically manages clinical trials to which you are assigned as MM.
- Serves as Global Lead MM (GLMM) for pan-regional and/or global trial(s) you are assigned to.
- Collaborates with other Medical & Safety project teams to process Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
- Provides therapeutic and protocol-specific training to the project teams.
- Contributes medical input into the design of clinical development programs, study protocols, client-focused white papers, etc.
- Provides after hours medical support for projects you are assigned to. What We're Looking For
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of medical monitoring in clinical research or related industry.
- Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Access).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD $134,500 - $267,500 annually.
- The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it is not a guarantee of exact salary.
