About the Role We are seeking a Medical Director to support the medical monitoring of our Early Phase Clinical trials. You will provide medical and scientific oversight to ensure subject safety and data integrity, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive early development strategies.
What You'll Do
- Provide medical and scientific oversight for early phase clinical trials, ensuring subject safety and data integrity.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to drive successful study execution.
- Develop and review clinical study protocols, study reports, and other key documents.
- Interpret trial data and provide medical insights to inform decision-making and guide clinical development strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Medical degree (MD) or DO.
- Extensive experience in clinical research and development, ideally as a Principal Investigator for Early Phase trials.
- Clinical practice experience, ideally in general medicine.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Medical monitoring experience highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on interpreting data and driving evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
