About the Role
Cape Fox subsidiary Wolf Lake Services seeks a Medical Director to lead occupational health care and oversee wellness clinic operations in support of a federal government client. The role requires strong clinical leadership, program development, and the ability to respond to employees’ immediate health needs. This position is contingent upon award and pays an hourly range of $134-$155 with a 401(k) match.
What You'll Do
- Approve and periodically review written clinical protocols, standing orders, and referral pathways
- Ensure services remain within accepted standards of care
- Be available for consultation during normal operating hours
- Establish urgent consultation and escalation procedures
- Review unusual occurrences, exposure events, emergency response, and clinical incidents
- Conduct documented quality control reviews at least quarterly
- Recommend corrective actions when deficiencies are identified
- Support infection prevention, OSHA-aligned safety practices, medication controls, and record keeping compliance
- Coordinate with OSHE representatives regarding clinic operations as needed
- Travel 0-10%
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physician (MD or DO) with active unrestricted license in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia
- Experience in occupational medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or similar applicable practice area
- Experience overseeing ambulatory, occupational health, or wellness clinic operations
- Must be able to provide proof of license and certifications
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Master’s Degree with relevant qualifications
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $134.00 - $155.00 per hour
- 401K with company match
