Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers
- Complete and maintain CAQH profiles and provider enrollment applications accurately
- Verify National Provider Identifier (NPI), state licenses, and DEA registrations
- Coordinate effectively with insurance and payer organizations regarding enrollment and follow-up
- Track expiration dates diligently and ensure timely renewal of all credentials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in credentialing databases and Excel trackers
- Communicate professionally with providers and payers to resolve outstanding documentation issues
- Ensure all credentialing processes strictly comply with HIPAA and relevant privacy regulations
Qualifications

B.Sc./HND in Health Information Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field

Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements

Prior experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or medical administration is preferred

Strong documentation, data entry, and advanced Excel skills

Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Comfortable working on-site and independently across U.S. time-zone requirements (4 PM - 1 AM)
