Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients throughout the registration and post-treatment journey.
- Explain medical conditions, recommended procedures, and associated costs to patients and their families.
- Provide clear and accurate information to help patients understand their treatment options.
- Follow up with patients and support them in making informed decisions regarding their care.
- Build positive relationships with patients and ensure a high-quality patient experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field with 3 years experience.

Female candidates are preferred.

Fluency in Hausa and English is required.

Previous experience in counselling, healthcare, customer service, or a patient-facing role is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Good convincing and persuasive skills, with the ability to effectively communicate treatment options and encourage patients to make informed decisions.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
