About this role

About the Role EVERSANA is a global life sciences solutions provider certified as a Great Place to Work. The Medical Communications role is part of our integrated commercial services and is foundational for building credibility with healthcare providers, patients, and industry clients. The role involves call center duties such as responding to product information requests, identifying adverse events and product quality issues, and medical writing. It is a full-time, home-office based position ideally located across Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, other health care professionals, and consumers/patients.
  • Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing.
  • Identify adverse events and product complaints; perform intake to generate initial reports per EVERSANA-Medical Communications and client SOPs.
  • Fulfill local regulatory requirements for post-marketing adverse event reporting.
  • Assess information needs and depth of information to collect and document accordingly.
  • Write narratives for adverse event and product complaint intake and for medical inquiry responses.
  • Coordinate processes for responding to quality-related complaints, interfacing with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and complainants.
  • Evaluate medical literature to develop information for dissemination to healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in miscellaneous projects including market and competitive product research, system development, sales training, and field liaison support.
  • Medical Writing; on-call responsibilities as assigned.
  • Other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
  • Strong clinical background with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English C1 level is obligatory; native German is required.
  • Knowledge of safety terminology and ability to determine information to collect.
  • Ability to use drug information skills to support written dissemination to professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows applications; familiarity with Medical Information Management Systems and Safety Databases.
  • Positive attitude, energy, and genuine interest in helping others; high integrity and professionalism.

Nice to Have

  • Pharma D / M Pharma, MSc in Pharmacy, or BSc in Pharmacy.
  • Experience in Call Centers, Medical Information, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical experiences including medical writing.
  • Additional IT skills or exposure to safety databases and information management.
  • Strong communication, innovation, and client-delight mindset.
