Are you a Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical leadership experience who wants to make an impact beyond direct patient care?

Our premier mental health provider is seeking a Medical Clinic Program Manager to lead clinic operations, develop staff, oversee quality and compliance, and provide hands-on patient care in a mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day medical clinic operations
• Supervise, train, and develop clinic staff
• Provide direct NP patient care and prescribe medications
• Support Joint Commission, HRSA/FQHC Look-Alike, and CLIA compliance
• Oversee quality improvement, clinic metrics, billing, and operational performance
• Develop and expand clinical programs and services
• Build strong community and healthcare partnerships

We’re Looking For:

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

• Active Utah NP license

• NPI, DEA, and controlled-substance authority

• Strong clinic leadership and staff-management experience

• Knowledge of Medicaid billing

• Behavioral health, substance-use treatment, community health, FQHC, or MAT/MOUD experience is highly desirable

• Ideal for an experienced NP, Clinic Manager, Medical Program Manager, Clinical Director, or Lead Nurse Practitioner ready to combine clinical care with leadership and program growth.
