Job Description

Respond to patient inquiries and provide medical guidance.

Explain medical information and address patient concerns.

Guide patients to appropriate specialists and services.

Coordinate appointments, diagnostics, and referrals.

Manage referrals from external agents and partners.

Coordinate with hospital units and maintain partner communication.

Maintain accurate patient inquiry and referral records.

Monitor referral performance and prepare report
Qualifications
-
Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) with a valid STR.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital.

Strong medical knowledge and clinical reasoning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to explain medical information clearly to patients.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and administrative skills.

Proficient in WhatsApp, phone, and digital platforms.
-
Experience in patient relations, referrals, or healthcare coordination is an advantage.
