The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing accurate medical bills, submitting claims to insurance companies, managing patient billing records, and ensuring billing information.

- Monday to Friday, 10PM to 7AM Manila time
- Will follow US Holidays
Responsibilities
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
- Utilize medical coding to ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Answer patient inquiries regarding billing issues or concerns
- Process payments from insurance companies and patients
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
- Navigate insurance portals to check patients' benefits and follow up on claims
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and practices
- Experience in medical billing and coding using ICD-10 codes
- Ability to handle medical collections efficiently
- Familiarity with coding systems in the healthcare industry
