About the Role Join Logan Health Primary Care at 705 6th Ave West, Kalispell, Montana as a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant. This on-site role supports exams, immunizations, lab testing, and patient education in a fast-paced, collaborative primary care setting. You’ll help ensure accurate vital signs, health histories, and coordinated patient care.
What You'll Do
- Greet and prepare patients for exams, procedures, and provider visits.
- Obtain and record accurate vital signs, health histories, and medication information.
- Assist providers with in-office procedures, immunizations, and lab testing.
- Perform specimen collection, labeling, and documentation according to established protocols.
- Support care coordination, follow-up calls, and patient education.
- Manage workload messages, medication refills, and provider communications.
- Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with infection control and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere through teamwork and excellent communication.
What We're Looking For
- Current RMA or CMA credential recognized in the State of Montana.
- Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a busy setting.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.
