About the Role The Medical Assistant will support Occupational Medicine at Endeavor Health in Glenview, helping to greet patients, document vital signs, and assist with basic clinical tasks. This role may involve front desk support, vitals, phlebotomy, and injections as needed, with travel to other sites as department needs.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms
- Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for visit
- Provide front office support as needed
- Perform basic vitals (BP, height and weight)
- May perform phlebotomy and injections
- Travel to other sites based on department need
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; accredited medical assisting program graduate preferred but not required
- CPR certification through the American Heart Association required
- Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) preferred but not required
- One year of work experience required; prior medical office experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple site locations

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $19.89 - $28.84
