What You’ll Do

You’ll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their visit. Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and rooming patients

Taking vitals and updating medical histories

Supporting providers during patient visits
-
Performing phlebotomy and basic lab work
-
Administering vaccines and screenings (within certification)

Coordinating follow-up care, referrals, and diagnostics

Answering patient questions and providing phone support

Preparing and stocking exam rooms
-
Supporting a clean, safe clinic environment

What We’re Looking For
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required
-
Relevant Medical Assistant clinical or externship experience required
-
BLS/CPR certification
-
Comfort using EMR systems
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
