About the Role Medical Assistant - General Surgery at Endeavor Health, full-time role supporting a busy general surgery clinic across Naperville, Plainfield, Yorkville, and Sandwich locations. 36 hours/week with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; requires travel between locations. What You'll Do
- Under general supervision, prepare patients for exams, obtain specimens, perform select routine lab tests and record results, and perform phlebotomy and routine diagnostic tests.
- Under delegated supervision of a physician, perform clinical and administrative tasks in a busy office supporting 15 providers and clinical staff.
- Assist with patient intake, documentation, and workflow in a growing practice. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certified, Registered, and Clinical Certified Medical Assistants CMA, RMA, or CCMA with current certification/registration through AAMA, ARMA, or NHA or other certifying agency; at least 6 months of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association).
- Valid driver's license if off-site travel is required; maintain automobile liability coverage if using personal vehicle.
- Flexible scheduling with possible overtime, evening, and Saturday rotation.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred. Nice to Have

- Hourly pay range: 19.89 - 28.84/hr.
- Sign-on bonus: 1,000 (paid as 500 at 6 months and 500 at 1 year, contingent on employment at 0.5 FTE or above).
