About the Role Medical Assistant Float - Specialty Clinics supporting multiple Endeavor Health clinics in Arlington Heights, IL. Under supervision, you will prepare patients for exams, obtain specimens, perform select routine labs and phlebotomy, and support clinical and administrative tasks as delegated. What You'll Do
- Prepare patients for physical examination, obtain specimens, conduct routine laboratory tests and record results, and perform phlebotomy.
- Carry out routine diagnostic tests and other clinical/administrative tasks under physician supervision and delegation. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certification as CMA, RMA, or CCMA; current certification/registration through AAMA, ARMA, NHA or equivalent; at least 6 months of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross).
- Valid driver's license if off-site duties; must maintain automobile liability coverage if using personal vehicle.
- Flexible to scheduling changes including overtime, evenings, and Saturday rotation.

- Hourly pay: $19.89 - $28.84 (USD).
