About the Role Join Michigan Medicine as a Medical Assistant Associate - Clinical to support outpatient clinical settings, applying surgical and procedure-based skills in fast-paced environments. This role focuses on patient intake, vitals, minor procedures, and laboratory testing to support high-quality patient care. What You'll Do
- Room patients and perform standard patient intake including vital signs.
- Assist with minor clinical office procedures.
- Perform standard medical laboratory/Point of Care (POC) testing.
- Administer medications/immunizations. What We're Looking For
- Experience in outpatient clinical settings as a medical assistant or similar role.
- Ability to room patients, obtain vitals, and document accurate information.
- Familiarity with minor clinical procedures and POC testing.
- Willingness to administer medications and immunizations; strong attention to safety and infection control.
