About the Role Medical Admin Assistant I at ICON plc provides essential administrative support to the medical team to help ensure the smooth operation of clinical trials and regulatory documentation. This role supports the medical team across meeting coordination, documentation management, and regulatory activities to enable efficient trial progress. What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for executive support and administration deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating medical team meetings and activities.
• Manage and maintain medical documentation and records.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between the medical team and other stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements for the medical team. What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with team members.
