About the Role Archbright, partnering with the Center for Dialog & Resolution (CDR), is seeking a Mediation Services Manager to oversee the Mediation Services Program in Tacoma, WA. The role plans program work, assigns caseloads, supervises staff and volunteers, and coordinates activities with the court and legal community, fostering an inclusive, professional climate aligned with CDR's mission. This is an in-office position with occasional evening/weekend work, with the potential for hybrid work from home after 6 months. What You'll Do
- Manage the Mediation Services Program: plan program work, assign caseloads, supervise staff, and coordinate activities of the program and volunteer mediators
- Collaborate in developing overall program goals, objectives, and policies; emphasize relationship-building within the court and legal community
