Role Overview
- Dokitami is hiring a fully remote Media Buyer to manage performance ad campaigns, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and drive profitable revenue growth in the healthcare space for N400,000/month.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Budget Management: Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and YouTube. Control budgets and eliminate wasted spend.

Creative & Audience Testing: Develop hypotheses for hooks, angles, formats, and CTAs. Identify creative fatigue early and brief creative teams (copywriters, designers) with performance data.

Funnel & Data Analytics: Track end-to-end metrics (CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA/CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) and resolve funnel drop-offs.

Tracking & Attribution: Maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and lead-form events.

Healthcare Ad Compliance: Navigate ad policies regarding medical claims, personal attributes, weight loss, before-and-after images, and terminology to prevent account bans or ad rejections.

Reporting: Deliver daily performance metrics (spend, CPL, CPA, revenue, winning creatives, actions taken) alongside weekly/monthly strategic trend analyses.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in paid media buying (especially Meta Ads) and full-funnel performance marketing.

Skills: Highly analytical, data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of connecting ad spend to actual revenue.

Remote Setup: Reliable high-speed internet (plus backup data), stable electricity (plus power backup), functional computer, and mobile device.

Attributes: Proactive, organized with documentation, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
N400,000 / month (N350,000 Base + N50,000 Work Support Allowance).
