About the Role Join Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care in Beaverton, OR as a Med Tech. You will provide high-quality care to memory care residents, including administering medications, documenting observations, and supporting daily living activities, all within a person-centered care philosophy. Training is available for qualified candidates. What You'll Do
- Administers and documents medications/treatments as directed by residents’ physician.
- Documents and reports changes and observations of residents’ needs and preferences.
- Communicates with the health services team, physicians, other healthcare providers, and responsible parties as needed.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports person-centered care.
- Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
- Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
