About the Role Join P&G in Euskirchen as a Mechatroniker (m/f/d) working in a fully continuous shift. You will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical condition of our production equipment, performing inspection, upkeep and repairs, and supporting innovation projects. You will apply Lean Manufacturing principles and use digital systems like SAP while collaborating with production teams. What You'll Do
- Electrical and mechanical responsibility for the technical state of our production equipment (operation, inspection, instandsetzung, maintenance).
- Independently identify and fix defects.
- Support innovation projects and test runs (installation, commissioning).
- Apply and implement work systems to eliminate losses (Lean Manufacturing).
- Actively participate in daily prioritization (shift handover) and coordinate parallel tasks.
- Apply and adhere to all safety and quality standards.
- Work with digital operation and recording systems (e.g., SAP).
- Collaborate closely with production-related functions and teams. What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as Mechatroniker, Elektriker, or a comparable qualification.
- Analytical skills with the ability to describe and document problems clearly.
- Responsible, highly self-driven and flexible.
- Very good communication skills in German (native or at least B2) in spoken and written form.
- Experience in maintenance (electrical & mechanical).
- Advanced knowledge in programming of control and regulation technology.
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities and interest in technical challenges.
- Ideally some experience with shift work. Nice to Have
